Turn on the lights and only the driver side is on. Flick the high beams and driver side turns off and passenger comes on. Right side is only high beam. Left is only low beam. All fuses good. Replaced relay and same issue. Also replaced light stick on steering column.
SOURCE: Left low beam is dim
The mechanic didn't hook up the ground wire. The system is using the other light as it's ground and when this happens it causes the other light to go out.
Check the ground wires
SOURCE: low beams don't work - both out at the same time.
DID YOU CHECK THE BULBS?
Testimonial: "spot on."
SOURCE: my light problem is i have low beam on right side
If you have separate bulbs for the low and high beams(4 light system), if you pull the turn signal and hold it, all 4 lights will stay on until you release the turn signal. You need to replace the bright bulb on the right side and the low bulb on the left side. If your headlights only have one bulb on each side, then you will have to replace both of them to get everything to work.
SOURCE: left side low beam not working
if you have tester try test the wire or the bulb case, you will see why did not work, i think bulb wire is defective
