No lights are most likely the dimmer switch at the light switch, Replace it. rear defrost, could be a broken wire, switch is bad, or the little stands that go across the window, one is broke. No heat, probably the vent motor on the passenger side under the dash, close to the center console.

Does not seem to be getting gas changed fuel filter but did not fix been running but now wont start is there a fuel pump module that could be out?

3 things

1. The fuse for the fuel pump ( the fuel pump relay is built into the fuse box on the 04-08 MY, no longer a serviceable item ).

2. Fuel inertia switch is tripped. This is in front of the fuse panel in the passenger side kick panel.

3. Fuel Pump Driver Module. Think this is what you were getting at, and yes this could be the issue. Drop the spare tire to get a look at it.
Here are the pictures from my 2006, I changed it for the heck of it at ~ 51K miles, the case was cracked, but the PCB was still operational.
The right side, the cable is the spare tire lowering cable, the left side is the driver's side tire.

The new module has stand off brackets on it.

This is the new one with stand offs installed

They were on back order ( seemed to be either a rush of bad ones, or a rush of people like me changing it prior to it failing ). Ford should be caught up on them now.

When i put it in first gear ease off clutch it goes dead

Sounds like the bike "thinks" the side stand is still down. There is a switch on the side stand to tell the ignition if it is up or down. The intent is to prevent a person from riding off with the stand down and crashing. Check first to see if it is sticking. Observe the operation of the switch as you raise and lower the side stand. Often, a shot of lubricant can resolve this issue. If the switch is moving in and out, then disconnect it from the wiring harness and put an ohmmeter across the two leads and check for continuity and no continuity as the side stand switch is down and then up. If the plunger for the switch is moving in and out with the side stand, and you do not get a change of continuity with the side stand up or down, it will need to be replaced.

Cant get my 50cc scooter to fire up-no spark. any

  • Do you see spark? If not, check the side stand kill switch. It kills the engine so that you don’t start out with the side stand down. If broken or out of adjustment, it would kill the spark. Check for a broken wire at the side stand switch and coupler. Try moving the side stand kill switch by hand. If that doesn’t work then wire a jumper around the switch to bypass it.
  • Is the handlebar kill switch on? Is it shorted out?
  • Check the fuses.
  • Check the operation of the ignition switch and all kill switches with a volt ohmmeter. Check the wiring harness. Did a wire come unplugged? Are all wires clean and with solid connections? Any abraded or pinched wires?
  • Is the bike in neutral and the neutral light is lit up? If no neutral light, check the neutral switch and neutral switch wire on center or side casing.
  • If still no spark, get CDI system and coils checked at the dealers shop.
