If it has a paper filter, replace it.
There is a dipstick or a site glass to check the oil. See owner's manual. If you don't have one look online.

Oil overfill

Not for 1/2 quart
If it is up on the dip stick more than 1/8" over full
I would loosen the drain plug & let some out
1" above full is at least a quart or more & yes
let some out

Oil in the airfilter

Check that the engine oil has not been drastically overfilled, the simplest way for oil to get into the air filter is through the crankcase breather. If that is not the problem you are having excessive blow by from a broken ring or damaged piston.

How to change oil

First drain the oil from the engine by un-doing the oil drain plug at the bottom of the engines oil pan. Once most of the oil drains replace the oil filter. The oil filter on a Suzuki Boulevard c50 is located just below the gas tank on the right side of the motorcycle. The oil filter is a round assembly that is typically black or chrome and can be removed using an oil filter wrench. Put a bit of oil around the gasket on the new filter and screw it on tightly by hand. Put in the drain plug and fill the engine up with oil (check the oil level glass window with the bike in an upright position to make sure you have enough oil in the engine block)

Oily air filter

check all your breather hoses are not blocked or kinked and that the engine is not overfilled as see so many cars with them overfilled and can cause further damage.
