I have rieju mrt 50, and problem is when i press horn button speed meters come numbers.Speed meter is digital.Is problem electric wires or cdi box?

Well the horn could be very well grounding out and causing that problem or there is a faulty wire or short running with the horn check all connections for corrosion as well and clean components and re connect everything to see if it stops your problem

Make my horn honk

I looked at info for a Silverado 1500. Use a test light to check for voltage at horn fuse in under hood fuse box. According to this diagram, the horn relay has to be energized. Have a helper hit the horn switch when you check voltage at horn fuse. If hot, have to check wiring circuit to horn. In the diagram, dark green wire is voltage and black wire is ground. You could actually use jumper wires from battery for voltage and ground to horn, for testing.

I recently acquired a GL Spa w/Balboa Inst. GVS500 Board. Everything works great but the jets won't turn off. manual says press 1 for low, 2 for high and 3 to shut them off. They don't shut off?

The button on the Control panel labeled Jets or Pump, is dead! Non reactive to the press.
The relay for the pump is bad, as it may be 'fused' in closed position,
how you can tell... When you press the Jets button, is there an indicator light? If so, does the light go on and off as you press that Jets button?
if yes, then the button is good, because the indicator light is indicating to you that there is communication between the panel and the circuitboard.
if there is no changing of the indicator light, then that indicates to you, that there is No communication, and therefore the control panel button is not good.
if you have no indicator light, or any way that informs you which speed the jet pump is in, then you can either, listen for a click at the circuit board, or use a multi meter checking voltage.
if you are handy with a multimeter, and you want to continue on with the test, be very careful! This is high-voltage in the circuitboard area. You can disconnect the power to the spa. Then, unplug the pump amp plug off the board. And place your meter leads on the appropriate wire connection. If 110, you read across the white and the black wire position. If 220, then across the same wires. Not knowing which model you have, I therefore can't tell you which color wire is high-speed or low-speed. But most commonly, black wire will be high-speed and the Red Wire will be low speed.
1 meter lead will be on either red or black, and the other meter lead will always remain on the white wire.
and now, as if your meter was the pump, turn the power back on to the spa, and start pressing that Jets button... You should see voltage on your meter, with the press of the button. Then bolted should disappear, with another press. Now move one Meaderli from the black wire to the Red Wire position and you should see the same results.
( to clarify, when I say black wire or Redwire or white wire, it would be the metal pin / slot that those colored wires of the plug would align with) .
if there is no voltage changes on your meter, when you have a bad button, which means you need to replace the complete control panel.

Horn not working on a honda varadero 125

Use a multi-meter set to dc 12v take the horn out of circuit and connect the positive end to the horn supply from the horn switch and the negative to an earth point on the frame. Press the horn button, do you see the meter jump up to 12v when you do this?

Yes - Replace the horn assembly. It's getting voltage but not sounding.

No - Suspect that the wiring or the horn switch is faulty.

isolate the battery. Disassemble the grip Disconnect the wires to the horn. Set the meter to continuity test. Put the probes on the terminals of the horn switch. press the switch. Do you see the meter on the Multi-meter kick?

Yes - suspect the wiring between the switch and the horn assembly.

No - With the 12V side of the switch isolated from ground reconnect the battery. Switch the multi-meter to DC Volts. Connect the positive probe to the supply side of the switch wire and ground the negative side. Does the meter kick to 12Volts?

Yes - I don't know what is wrong. possibly an intermittent fault.

No - You have no supply form the battery. Suspect the wiring loom from the battery to the switch especially where it goes from the frame to the handlebars. You could have a break there.

No blower on heater/cooler

If you know how to use a digital voltmeter than these instructions will be of help. If you don't know then take the vehicle to a repair shop.

Assuming that you know how to use a meter, Lets start with the horn. Check fuse, if a ok then remove horn from circuit and give it B+ and ground independently if it sounds Horn a ok, problem in clock spring ,or horn contacts are corroded. At this point if car has air bags bring it to a reputable shop. Cause if your not careful doing the electrical testing you can set off air bags and that will be a $1200 dollar mistake.
The rear heater is simple. Make sure the contacts are intact and clean on the glass. If they are then remove the switch bypass it and see if the rear screen heater turns on.(hook up meter to screen grid to check for B+) If it does the culprit was the switch.
Heater blower same principal. Circuit consist of blower, relay ,switch and resistor. First test blower remove contacts from blower and fabricate a B+ line and ground if the blower works then its a -ok.
If it doesn't replace blower. Again to test switch remove it and bypass it. Resistor Ohm out with a volt meter to see if resistance is higher than it should be. Remember at high speed you should have straight battery power going to that blower. If the fan doesn't go on high speed chances are its the switch cause RESISTOR is bypassed at this speed. YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO OHM OUT RESISTOR. GOOD LUCK FILL ME IN ON WHAT HAPPEN.

Horn doesn't work

Check with ohm meter the horn button to see if it is good or not. Do this by hooking ohm meter to the wires coming off the button, then press the button, it should show ohms or beep the meter if your meter can check with sound. Could be a broke wire between the horn and button. Check fuse. Or check the horn to see if good.

Check the fuse for the horn.
Check the wires have not just come loose on the horn.
Next, if you have a volt meter, disconnect the horn, and connect the wire for the horn to the meter.
Have someone press the horn button.
If you have a reading of 12 volts or better, the horn is dead, if you have a reading of less than 12 volts, the the horn relay is likely faulty.
That is the item that is clicking as you reported. Just because it is clicking does not mean it is passing power through.
