Are you sure it is running with the correct plugs? Make certain you are otherwise a plug in the wrong heat range will annhialate a piston on your bike. When you say shutting down do you mean it stops completely or holds back?

The Stihl 420 is starting but it's not picking up full revolution ,what could be the problem Thanks Frans

Engine is suffocating, like putting a close pin on your nose and then try to run around the block.
1) remove spark arrestor screen (located on the outlet of the muffler) and clean
*if the screen is plugged, the engine cannot breath: no air out, no air can come in!
If the screen is OK, then try this:
2) with the engine running at idle
a) turn idle mixture screw (L) out (counter clockwise) 1/4 turn
b) with the engine at full throttle:
Turn the High speed screw (H) 1/4 turn
3) The BR420 from the factory was set very 'lean' to meet EPA standards, however, they suffered poor performance because there was not enough fuel to the engine.
4) *** DO NOT turn the screws clockwise from their original settings, you WILL score the cylinder.
When shutting down, allow the engine to cool down for at least 30 seconds before stopping.

Overheating in traffice

sounds like your cooling fan isn't working at high speed the air will cool the engine but when your at low speeds there isn't enough air to do so so i would check your cooling fan that is more than likely your problem hope this helps.

Overheats unless ac is running

The thermostat may be stuck. If it dosent open then the engine will overheat. If you turn the ac on then the air rushing around the engine will help cool it down. Replace the thermostat and it should fix it

Won't blow hot air, engine heats up at high speed

If your radiator is full of water, then its probably the thermostat sticking. The thermostat is located on top of the engine, under the housing that the radiator hose goes to

Will Japanese RD350 pipes fit on an Indian RD350 HT

as far as i know, yes they should fit. Just check the exhaust port for any restrictor. The only diff between indian models, and UK, would be some anti - pollution gear.

Same Problem, warm air at low RPM's 2006 Saturn Vue

I agree with philip, i have not studied the electrical system. but to my best guess the electric fans are tied into the engine cooling system. when the engine is not requesting the fans to come on. then their is very little air passing threw the cooling package. When their is no cool air passing by the condenser this will not draw the heat out of the refrigerant leaving excess heat in the system and when the cab fan blows this is were the excess heat is getting dumped. then at higher speeds their is enough air passing threw the condenser and radiator to cool them both.

While Idling the rpm jumps up and down

Here is the common cause of surges (idle speed goes up and down), stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.
