PULL THE BRAKE LEVER AND IT CHANGES THE NOISE.
These style bikes should be equipped with the dual servo ABS braking system. I recommend you get the bike scanned by a professional shop and see if they can confirm brake module failure via fault codes. sounds like the motors are going bad and thats why they are staying activated because they are not building up the required voltage.
