Head lights dim and lose power steering when at low speed light stop sign or parking

The most common cause of these problems is a loose slipping fan belt. For most cars the belt is held tight by a tension-er. This is a pulley that is spring loaded. Usually the tension-er applies the force to the back side of the belt. Tension-er has been known to stick and not flex with the belt allowing the belt to slip. Also if the belt is worn it can slip. Another possibility is that one of the accessories, on the belt circuit are having trouble rotating prohibiting the belt to operate freely. Careful inspection of the belt will determine its condition. With the hood open listen to the motor at idle and the sound of a squeaking belt is an indication that the belt is slipping. To test for the tension-er with the engine off try tapping in the direction of tightening the belt on the tension-er with a rubber mallet. Start the engine and observe if the condition is still the same. If it has corrected the problem than the tension-er either needs to be cleaned or replaced.

How do I change a fan belt on a 2001 5.4 expedition?

You will need to locate the belt tension-er. It looks like an idler pulley but it is spring loaded. You'll find a 1/2 inch square hole in the mounting bracket which you put a "breaker Bar" into then pull off the tension to release the belt. Slide it off the pulley as you hold the bar. You'll have to release the the out belt.
This doesn't have a tension-er as you'll find a slotted bracket with a bolt to loosen as well as the pivot bolt.

Can"t figure out how to remove the serpenteen belt

If you are changing the belt you dont have to remove it.get a socket and breaker bar or big wrench to fit the nut in the middle of the tension er push or pull and the tension er will move enough to put belt on Be careful, its spring loaded and can pop the hell out of you.Be sure to put the new belt on straight and not inside out the groves face in

How do you replace the power steering belt. What nuts release the tension on the belt.

this vehicle should have a serpentine belt and it will either be a 1/2 drive socket wrench or they make a special tool to release the tension-er and the tension er is spring loaded so be careful

My Panasonic ER 203 with problem spring of

If the spring on the blade has come out, the blade has to be broken. The manufacturing process for this type of blade makes it impossible to take it apart without breaking the plastic that holds the spring. There is simply no way to effectively repair the blade.
You will need to replace the blade or the entire unit.

I have a bosch WFR 2460 washer. Er:15 error code.

You need to check and clean pump filter, normally located behind a removeable plastic cover at bottom front of washer right hand side.
If no filter found there remove rear panel of washer, and clean pump from rear of washer.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

How do I release the tension pulley to remove and replace the serpentine belt?

it requires either a long wrench or a socket or just a ratchet, look at the tension-er to determine that, then just move the tension-er in the opposite direction of belt tension to release it, it is spring loaded.
