Engine runing but wont acelerate when pressing the accelarator pidal

you have a leaking power valve, gasket or accelerator pump , repair or replace .
Test the fuel pump for defective and replace if necessary.

Hard starting

it could be an electrical problem.. temperature sensors may tell the engine its getting too hot and wont let it start until its completely cool.. you may need the sensors changed because they are giving false readings.. but the best thing you could do is to take your car to your nearest garage soon in case it turns out to be a serious problem.

There is no iddle speed. When i do not use the gas, the engine is stopped. Everything is runing but the engine not starting and runing.

I would look for a clogged fuel filter first.
Next - air filter clean?
Won't idle? check idle stop screw adjustment.
