Question about 2011 Harley Davidson FLSTSE CVO Softail Convertible
I have a 2012 FLSTSE3 sofetail convertible. It has a Garmon on the faring. It has worked for two years without having to plug it in to the cable in the consol. It has quit working. A tech at the shop put dielectric grease on one time to make it work. It has quit again. Jamie at Herley customer service said it must be pluged in. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor or give me his last name. He said supervisors will not speak to the public. When calling customer service to get help with a problem is option #6 last on the list. This shows how important customer service is to Harley. Any help would be appreciated. Lester
Hi, Lester if you are talking about the musical instrument I can't help you if you are talking about the Garmin GPS then yes if must be plugged in and since it is an aftermarket device Harley has no interest in helping you so sorry.
