Question about 2009 Hero Honda Glamour
If the cylinders bores were not prepared properly with a honing tool before fitting new rings etc, that is why you have problems. The bores are hardened and will not allow the rings to bed in properly.

That seems a big job, did he say how much he will charge to do it?
I think, unless you are an engineer you will need a manual to do a job like that, although you may find one somewhere on the Internet, if I were to attempt that I would prefer to have a paper one, I could refer to as I went along.
