Fluchuating idle & bucking, Like a running out of gas sensation.
When bike is already running for a bit , at idle sometimes ( The Idle) goes up and down. also riding for awile it starts to give the sensation like it was running out of gas also slight order of gas when it does this. yet the tank is full . When parked on a hill and applying the throttle to move the bike cut off 3 times.

it sounds like it's the idle air valve this controls the idle and drive rpm's when you step on the gas does it sometimes at idle go up & down by itself repeatedly? it could be something hitting the throttle and when you press down on the gas or shift it is knocked out lowering to normal idle/rpms, the tps is on the throttle body and is connected to the throttle lever and most likely right on the other side of the lever a little switch with a electrical plug on it search it so you can see what it looks like if you don't know already they are sealed and can not be cleaned you must replace it try checking with the car in park engine running and raise the idle by the throttle lever if it goes smooth up and down return to rpms that's not it if it races or sputters and then raises up that's it or it could be both units are blown out needing to be replaced
Gas gague not working it's a common problem with the fuel sending units. Intake leaking coolant also a problem sometimes runs into engine causing it to run erratic. The distributor gear wears and cause misfires rough running. EGR getting stuck open cause of carbon makes the vehicle run rough at idle I hope this helps I know it a lot to look at but...
When you cleaned up the carbs did you also clean out the low speed idle jets? They are the first thing to plug up when your bike sits with out gas stabilizer in the tank. The bike runs great at speed but will not idle properly.
I am not sure what you mean on the "running fast" statement. If idle speed then turn the idle screw outward to slow down the idle.
The backfire is caused by turning off the ignition key when the bike is at high revs. let it idle down THEN turn it off. The backfire is there because the carb idle circuit is active anytime the piston is in motion. Gas goes into the cylinder as the bike revs down then a hot spot in the exhaust pipe finally ignites the built up gas. There is your backfire.
Is the running fast question answered? Give me more information on the problem if it isn't.
idle air control ( IAC) when you start our car and give gas it goes fine hold the gas pedal a little bit its should start faster that typcical iac but sometime egr vale might be sticking start our car hir the egr valve with hammer no to hard it should free it up thanks pierre
