Insurace tardy response - I was in an accident on 21st February. A delivery van from a company RTT Logistics smashed into me at a red robot, their Insurance does not respond to my queries. You should contact a lawyer about this. They will take it on contingency. OR you can start yourself by sending them a certified letter stating the accident and requesting action. NOTE do NOT admit to anything in the letter that you sent them!! Just state that you were involved in an accident, the date and time and location and it involved their truck. You are intending to file suit if this is not answered. Give them 14 days to respond.

seek legal advice as the operation is in breach of the lay-by contract
make sure that they have the correct delivery address as well

Make an arrangement and get proof of it, confirmation #, an email something that you can show the judge that is clear evidence of your arrangement. Really a company word and yours--is not (Is Not) a payment arrangement, your word against theirs, it\'s nothing till you get a written or stamped (a record) for proof of arrangement with date and time.
