Exhaust pipe glowing red after 5 minutes of operating

Remove it. Go wide open see if it stops

Even when I run my bike pipe is so hot cant ride safely as I have to lift my leg out of the way bc pipe is burning hot. Without touching it already have burn scars on my leg.

Sounds like your exhaust is plugged? Can you pull the baffles out of the exhaust pipe on your system and see if they are plugged? Start the bike while they're out and see if it's still doing the same thing.

Not RED hot, no.
You may have a restriction or a timing problem.
Was it that hot before you replaced the exhaust parts ?

I seems like you have a plugged up filter and/or an obstruccion in the exhaust hose/pipe.

Remove and clean lint filter, also remove exhaust hose/pipe from back of dryer and remove any lint accumulated. Check also the exhaust hole in the dryer.

did you re-jet when you put the pipes on? a too lean mixture can cause pipes to glow red hot
