Is the cable moving? Is it hydraulic clutch? If it's a cable and you can see it moving and you can take off on the motorcycle when your clutch isn't the problem, if it's stuck in gear try moving the motorcycle with the motor off and not using the clutch and force it forward and backward possibly loosening something in the transmission. You should fill the tires grabbing the pavement and hopefully that will loosen up the stuck position, otherwise you would have to take the inspection plate off and try to pry it with a screwdriver.
See if my Clutch Fix post will help. I also have links to Service Manual which will be big help. The drive belt can be walked on the Clutch Pulley but it is a very snug fit even with the drive belt tension bolt loosened. Watch you fingers as you walk the drive belt onto the clutch pulley….Rich
Sometimes the fan will get stuck on the water pump. usually a couple of taps with a hammer will loosen it enough to get it out. Then there should be four bolts that bolt the actual fan to the clutch. These will be facing the engine. Don't drive it with the bolts out of the pulley. It will probably come off and destroy your radiator.
