Pull the speed sensor from the transmission case and if there are any metal filings on it clean them off and replace it. If there are not filings you may need to replace the sensor. The speedometer head itself or wiring conneftors could be the porblem as well.
Dump the gas tank out, put fresh gas in. Put a new battery. Try to get it started. Run it for a min., then change oil. Test your brakes and check your tires.
