Hi, Anonymous for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Computer diagnosed o2 sensor, but problem is worse since changing, engine reves for about 1/4 mile before shifting

Check the transmission. The O2 was a problem but wasn't the root cause of teh problem. Also check the compression on all cylinders to make sure it is within 10 to 15 lbs of compression on each cylinder. ie If you have 135 psi on cylinder 1 all the cylinders should be between 125 and 150 psi. Extremely high or low psi on anyone cylinder when compared to the rest will cause this problem. You have described a situation where the motor is only running on 3 cylinders in a 4 cylinder motor or 4 to 5 cylinders in a 6 cylinder motor. The higher RPM is needed to get the same speed and result as a lower rpm in a motor using all cylinders on the motor.

anything over 120 on compression test is ok. anything under 120 and its time for top end. and for bog you might try cleaning carb.

May i fit bigger disc on my angle grinder, its speeed is 11000 rnd.p minutes, recomended 115 mm disc.i want to fit other big disc.may i do it?will it cause any problems?

there are 3 problems you might face: 1. mechanical - disc shield (or protector) is too small for bigger disc. You can remove the shield (I do not recommend!!!) or buy bigger one (as I've did). 2. RPMs - on each disc you can find maximal speed of ourter part of the disc. It depends on disc diameter and RPMs. In case yo go from 115 to 125 at 11 000 RPM, it should be still OK. But I would not go further. Check how RPMs drops with increasing disc diameter. 3. motor overload. To handle bigger discs motor should produce higher torque. But if you are not pressing on the grinder and you frequently check temperature of grinder, it should work. I have Metabo WE14-125 - 1400W motor 125 mm disc: 1. I've bought new shield from WE14-150 - it fits perfectly 2. My grinder has adjustable RPMs, when I'm using 150 mm disc I'm not going over level 3 (out of 6) to keep RPM in safe range for the disc. 3. Metabo makes also WE14-150 which is almost same as mine, but produces more torque (3,5Nm vs 3,3Nm). But the dofference is very small so I'm not worried. Juraj

Motor does not run fast.

Is your gas 93 on up? Is your air filter clean and oiled up? Is it two stroke with oil&gas mixture right.
