Since you didn't say if you have a dip stick or sight guage, or type of bike, I can only say refer to the owners manual. Some bikes need to be checked while the motor is warm and others cold. There are many different bikes that take many different amounts of oil. So the best bet is to fill to a middle level, crank it, and recheck.

I have a 125 lexmoto and it loses power when I pull away

Hi, Patrick this a carburetor issue and the usual suspects are:
1. Throttle cables misaligned or misrouted.
2. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
3. Intake system air leak.
4. Vacuum piston malfunction.
5. Pinholes or torn diaphragm.
6. Accelerator pump leaking or no output.
7. Plugged bowl vent or overflow.
8. Fuel level in bowl too low.
9. Restricted fuel supply passages.
10. Plugged jets or passages.
11. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
12. The enrichner valve not seated or leaking.

Lexmoto xtr 125 runs fine, but at certain revs the cluth (?) makes a horrible screeching sound. Are there bearings in the clutch that can go. It only has 5500KM on it. Thanks

Usually there is a clutch hub bearing as well as a main transmission bearing. I would do a load test to see if the noise is only under load or not. If under load it could be either bearing but if not under load it's probably the trans bearing. But you won't actually know until it comes apart.
