Zongshen 125 pitbike I got fuel , spark, and good compression , ive dipped carb 8 times and ran wires thru the ports and it still wont run without eather , please help

Need to know the valve clearence on my 2005 klx 125


Here is some rule of thumb specs
intake should be between .003" to .005"
exhaust should be between .006" to .008"
When it's set right, it should feel like pushing a butter knife through butter right out of the fridge, also be aware that sometimes the lock nut can either tighten the clearance or loosen it.. This is a job to really take your time on

I got a 2005 klx 125 and cant find the valve clearence


Please check further but I set them to:
(intake): 0,04-0,08 mm.
(exhaust): 0,08-0,12 mm
Both are set cold. Works for me.

Honda xr 125 to set tappet clearances and adjust timing chain 03 model thanks


timing chain should be auto adjust. set valve clearence to inlet 4 thou, exhaust 6 thou
