Question about Honda CBR 600 F(2)P Motorcycles
Side stand lamp not working when i press the first shift engine stop .. also the oil lamp work and nutral lamp too please i need the help
Probably a bad kickstand (sidestand) sensor, or the wiring to it might be damaged or even unplugged.
You didn't say what MODEL YEAR yours is, but here's for a 1989:
Item #1 is the switch and wire.

Dont know what the filter got to do with it, but side stand switches are normally closed when retracted, simply wiring the two ends together will give continuity till you get around to repairing the wires which are located on the stand pivot arm, lay bike over and look under, likelihood is wires are damaged around swinging arm area, so you must connect wires prior to break and insulate. PS, disconect battery first.
