I've been in contact with Daelim in S Korea. Supposedly the US distributor and Daelim had a divorce. Parts are available and can be ordered. Cost of shipping and fee for wiring payment starts at about $80.00 Parts themselves are cheap.

I GET ALL MY PATRS FROM SPEEDAWAY MOTERCYCLES...SOME TIME PARTS HAVE TO BE ORDERED IN AND TAKES ABOUT SIX WEEKS...THATS THE ONLY PROBLEM

The bolt had a head that broke off at the required torque and made it tamper proof. Try knocking it round anticlockwise with a centre punch and a hammer. When it's on the move you might get it with pliers.
