Why do I have to depress accelerator to keep idling?

Sounds like the idle air control or (IAC) is bad or dirty. On most vehicles it is on or near throttle body. God_Bless! This controls idling at the correct point to keep engine running properly. Remove and clean to see if this helps idling.

When i turn on my AC it shows rough idling

Check with problems with idle air control valve/actuator. This is supposed to kick up rpm when there's a heavy load on the power system, such as A/C.

2000 mistubishi galant es idling rough seriously

Idling problems may be cause buy a number of issues.  You may check out the fast idle control valve and PCV if they would need cleaning.  You can check out the timing it may be advanced, that is why you feel that the car runs hard.

Pulsar RPM or idling problem.

sounds like when you say cold you mean very cold. If your choke has variable control on it try using more choke until the motor gets warm. Often times the cold weather causes a leaner condition because the air ppm is so much greater leaving you with a leaner running condition.
