If it pulls to one side; a wheel alignment is needed regardless of the steering wheel.

If the key and switch are now turning on & off properly, does the starter engage & crank the engine? If it does, have the key & lock cylinder checked by a locksmith, or mechanic with the needed diagnostic equipment. The cylinder reads the key and tells the computer that the car isn't being stolen, activating all the other systems. If this is the problem, it will require removal of the air bag & steering wheel to be replaced.

Ignition switch stuck will not turn wont ether way

Two causes for this:
(1) steering wheel needs to be turned, then try key again.
(2) faulty ignition switch in need of replacement (including a new set of keys).
When starting a car, the ignition is locked if the wheel has been rotated, which is an anti-theft
feature: the car thinks its being stolen when the wheel is turned while there's no key in the ignition.
To fix: turn the wheel back and forth, returning it (one way or another) to the original position
when the car was turned off, and unlocking the ignition, allowing you to start your car.

How do i replace the ignition switch?

Removal
Remove steering wheel and combination switch. See STEERING WHEEL & AIR BAG and
COMBINATION SWITCH . Disconnect ignition switch electrical connector. Using a chisel and screwdriver,
back out bolts at steering lock bracket. Insert key into steering lock cylinder, and turn to ACC position. Using a
small Phillips screwdriver, push cylinder lock pin inward. On all models, remove ignition switch, steering lock
and bracket.
Installation
To install, reverse removal procedure. Use NEW steering lock bracket and bolts. Temporarily install ignition
switch and steering lock cylinder onto steering column. Ensure ignition switch functions normally, then tighten
steering lock cylinder bolts. Tighten lock bolts until heads twist off. To complete installation, reverse removal
procedure.

Gilera runner stolen, changed barrel/immobiliser, no spark

You definitely need to change all with a kit of : ECU, engine main switch, seat lock and you will get in the kit 3 new keys, 2 black and 1 red.The black ones need to be programmed from the red one at a dealer's workshop. Then store the red some place safe.

Toyota Camry power windows not working from master switch

Their are two fuses that power this system. One is a 15 amp gauge fuse and the other one is a 30 amp main power fuse. You can also check the power main relay, your ignition switch, or i could possibly be a fault in the wiring

Lost keys during snow storm. steering wheel locked aat 15 degrees

this is not the easiest thing in the world to do.
WARNING: on vehicles equipped with airbags always disable the airbag system before working in the vininity of the inpact sensors, steering column or insterment panel.
a new lock assembly shear bolt will be required.
disconnect the negative battery cable.
your radio was stolen so you dont need to worry about the stock antitheft codes
if you have airbags remove the upper and lower steering column shrouds trace the airbag wire back from the airbag contact unit and disconnect it at the wiring connector remove the steering wheel by prying the horn pad out from the center of the wheel and disconnect the horn wiring loosten and remove the steering wheel retaining nut mark the steering wheel and shaft for reassembly then remove the steering wheel by tuning side to side while pulling twords you dont use a hammer for this rotate the contact unit ring slightly so its wiring connector is at the bottom this will lock the contact unit in the central position and prevent it from being turned if you didnt remove the upper and lower column shrouds during the airbag removal do so now disconnect the wiring connectors from the steering column combination switches remove their retaining screws and remove both switch assemblies the lock assembly is secured with a shear bolt you can use a hammer and chissel to tap it around until it can be removed by hand or drill a holein it and use an easy out (screw extractor) disconnect the wiring harness the slide the lock assembly upwards and off the steering column with the lock assembly removed take out the retaining bolt and remove the ignition switch from the base of the lock assembly ther is no easy way to do this part so take the assembly to the dealer to have the cylender replaced or to a locksmith to have a key made.
