Depending on how much oil she uses. Most engines use some oil and drip a little also. Most older bikes use an automatic chain oiler which can go out of adjustment and dump oil everywher. I would say 500 miles to a pint is OK.
I emailed them about fitting one on the GT1000 and here is the response from Steve:
"The Monster brackets will not fit the GT1000 as far as I know. As soon as we
manage to find one in this country we will look at whether it will be
possible. So far I haven't seen any of the sport classics except at shows.
I'll keep you informed!"
I wouldn't mind modding the brackets to fit one..
The type of screen you have is a UXGA screen. the optimal resolution for that is 1600 x 1200. changing the resolution for that will distort the screen causing black borders. If a computer has a 15.0+" SXGA+ screen with an optimized resolution of 1400x1050 and the screen's current resolution is set to 1280x1024 pixels, the display will shrink resulting in a black border surrounding the edges of the screen. Also, all other lower resolutions may be stretched to fit the screen. No border will be visible, but fonts may appear slightly fuzzy.
