Vodafone diconext my servises .but i did pay them last month

Sins we joint Vodafone last year September we have problems with the accounts and services. fist they send us the wrong sim cards. then billed us wrong .then change the account numbers almost every month and know they disconnect our services because the payment I made last moth went in the wrong account and I did inform them last week but nothing was done and today they disconnect our services because they could not track the payment in their own accounts. after 3 ours on the phone with them finally they solved it but only offer me one month free after all the discomfort ,stress without our services .what they have done was eligal and its keep happening month after month .I want compensasion

Was this on the laptop Internet? Get another laptop. Makes perfectly good sense if your laptop caused all this problems.

I'm trying to unlock my recently bought Emporia RL1 phone Can you help? I've had no joy so far after tons of searching online and even paying a company to issue a code that said they could but...

I am currently in the exact same situation after being told by the people in Vodafone that if it is on our network they can unlock it themselves for a fee. The same is stated all over their website.
I phoned up payed my fee and then they told me what network is the phone one. It's on vodafone......
They then replied but who sold it to you. VODAFONE!!!
But it's not a phone we sell. Check your own bloody website.
I have had this exact same conversation with 6 different vodafone call centre monkeys
To frustrate me more Vodafone have still yet to refund my money and it has now been 1.5 months.
After Vodafone themselves being so useless I did the same as you and got the same reply from someone attempting to give me the code.

I have sent out for my code just now and awaiting it. Hopefully it will work.

I want change my plan from postpaid convert to prepaid please provoide me help

You have to call customer support of the provider that you are with (i.e. Vodafone, Telstra, etc.). If you are on 2 years cap plan, you will have to pay the exit fee which is the number of months left on that plan time the monthly fee you are paying. After you pay the exit fee, they will move you from postpaid to prepay and you have to recharge your mobile with prepaid credit.

My internet is not working on my phone and i have 2 mms' that i cant retrieve i have been on the vodafone site and tried their settings but it still wont work.

In order to use the Mobile Internet and services such as picture messaging you are going to need to configure the phone you can do this a number of ways, I have included a link to the auto configuration on Samsungs website where the Internet and MMS can be setup quickly and easily. I have also included the manual configuration below if you have any issues.

Setting up WAP
1. Press menu
2. Scroll to and select Settings
3. Scroll to and select Browser settings
4. Scroll to and select Profile Settings
5. Scroll to and select a free profile (e.g. Profile 3)
6. In profile name enter Vodafone Wap
7. In home URL enter the URL of the site you want as your homepage i.e.
http://live.vodafone.com
8. Make sure bearer is set as GPRS only
9. Set proxy to enable
10. Select GPRS settings
11. In proxy IP enter 212.183.137.012
12. In proxy port enter 8799
13. In APN enter
for Pay monthly customers: wap.vodafone.co.uk
for Pay as you talk customers: pp.Vodafone.co.uk
14. In login ID enter wap
15. In password enter wap
16. Press save
17. Press save again
18. Press Back
19. Scroll to and select Current Profile
20. Scroll down to your new Vodafone WAP profile and press select to activate it

Setting up MMS
1. Press menu
2. Scroll to and select Settings
3. Scroll to and select Message settings
4. Scroll to and select Multimedia Messages
5. Scroll to and select Multimedia Message Profile
6. Scroll to and select a free profile (e.g. Profile 3)
7. Press Options
8. Scroll to Edit
9. In profile name enter Vodafone MMS
10. In Server URL enter the URL of the site you want as your homepage i.e. http://
mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms
11. Set proxy to enable
12. Select GPRS settings
13. In proxy IP enter 212.183.137.012
14. In proxy port enter 8799
15. In APN enter
for Pay monthly customers: wap.vodafone.co.uk
for Pay as you talk customers: pp.Vodafone.co.uk
16. In login ID enter wap
17. In password enter wap
18. Press save
19. Press save again
20. Press Back

Once you have followed either step you will then be able to access Mobile Internet and MMS fine.

ok your settings look 'pefect'
contact VODAFONE customer care on 191 on a pay monthly handset 2345 on a pay and go

they will be able to guide you through the mms set up procedure

UNLOCKING SAMSUNG SGH 480 TO ANY NETWORK/VODAFONE.

There are no laws that I know of that would make it illegal for you to unlock your phone. I would highly suggest finding a site that uses paypal as a pay source and contact them about unlocking your phone. Should the code not work you can contact paypal for a full refund. Also you can contact T-Mobile and tell them you are leaving the country and you need the unlock code so you can use a local service while traveling in the other country.

it will be your configeration settings, ring vodafone and they will sort it out, i had the same thing on my fone, vodafone fone with tmobile sim in it, they just sent a text with all the settings, u install that and it works fine x

Samsung tocco f480v keeps dropping calls and freezing

try having it debranded.

THis means flashing the phone with non vodafone firmware (v stands for vodafone).

If that does not help its a hardware problem
