2003 PT Cruiser Turbo windows fog up on the inside with air or defrost on and there is a strong odor of anti-freeze. I replaced the low pressure recycling switch on the accumulator with no joy and I noticed some anti-freeze on the accumulator just below the switch as well as in one of the mount screws for the tubing. The coolant level is good, the heat and AC appear to working ok. There is however a whining noise coming from the right side of the engine. The belts and hoses are all good. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

SOURCE: air condition

Check the cooling system, particularly the radiator to make sure it is not partially plugged. Additionally, check the radiator fan for proper operation. If the engine temperature is running way above normal, some of the heat is transferred to the air-conditioning condenser, which causes the air-conditioner to lose efficiency. As for your question about a "limiter" switch, there is a high-pressure switch in the air-conditioning system that cuts the compressor out when the pressure gets too high.

SOURCE: No cabin heat.. windows fogged.. engine runs cold!!

chances are the heater core is clogged and wont allow proper circulation for the heater.i would suggest getting a new one put in and see if that dosent fix it for you.

SOURCE: 2001 PT Cruiser - blower and power windows stopped

Haven.t fixed it yet, but there is a bad wire or loose connection in a group of wires located behind the fuse panel. In the group of wires one of them is apparently the problem. When I move the wires the blower motor and power windows work, but they eventually stop again. I haven't had time to find and fix the exact wire that's the problem yet, it's not an area that I can easily get to!

My 2002 explorer windows keep fogging up inside and does not go away when turn on defrost & my engine light is on like my heater core may be bad but I dont smell antifreeze what else could cause t

If it was me, the first thing I'd do is go check my fluid level in my radiator. I'd add fresh anti-freeze, if I hadn't done so in a year or more. Your defrosters won't work properly if you are too low on fluids in your radiator, OR your thermostat is malfunctioning. Replacing your thermostat might be a good job for a mechanic. Good luck.

My front defroster is not working at its best, however the back one is working properly. If I add any heat while trying to defrost my windows the problem get worst.

Sounds like the heater core is leaking coolant. If it is leaking it will blow steam out of defrost vents and fog the windshield. Symptoms: low coolant level in radiator, steam coming out vents when engine is warmed up, odor of anti-freeze coming out of vents, wet carpet in floorboard near heater blower motor.
If so, replace heater core.

Heater immediately fogs all windows and there is a sweet odor in the cab of 2003 Buick Rendezvous, defroster works fine, but will not clear the windows after heat is put on

Sounds like a possible heater core failure(hole in it) the smell indicates to me the coolant(anti-freeze) is leaking into the passenger compartment.
Check the carpet in front of the front passenger seat for moisture, this would confirm heater core leak.
Good luck !
