Question about Ducati Motorcycles
I have a leaking low gas sensor in the fuel tank on a Ducati 900SS 1996. Can I just cap it off and remove the sensor altogether.

Hi, Anonymous after careful deliberation 4 out 5 Ducati Gods give this one a thumbs up, but just to be on the safe side you should give your local dealer's parts/service department a call to confirm. Good luck and have a nice day. Petrol tank still leaking from cap

That's waaay too high ! Very hard on the tranny when you click it into gear at that rpm, find your idle screw and turn it down, should not be over
1,000 at warm idle, info should be in owners manual...good luck to you friend...Tim

You are being told wrong. Low speed problems may be do to flot level set to high. Do you have only low speed issues?
If mid range and high end are ok, that would also point to the same carb problem.
