SOURCE: the gas leeks from the overflow on my kazuma

Strip the carb down take the the float bowl off remove the float and its fork and the little tapered needle out then look in the hole where u took it out of see if they is any dirt also give the needles a clean

3. Damaged float bowl o-ring.

Um dtf 110 fuel hose loose


Sounds like the carb overflow hose. It it's leaking gas the float in the carburator is stuck and letting too much gas into the float bowl, causing the excess gas to drain from this hose. You will have to remove the carb and set the float to the proper level.

have you tried a new spark plug???? try new sparkplug there may be a spark on the old one but it may not be strong enought, if that dont work you know its petrol problem!

I tipped my new Kazuma Viper 110 motorcycle over, stopped to rest, it started leaking gas out of the black thing that looks like a filter or something to the carburetor....please help! I love this bike...


When the bike fell over the fuel level in the carburettor changed and overflowed when you stood the bike up. Just wipe away the excess fuel..there is nothing to worry about at all...
