My Hyundai 1999 model CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON AND THE FUEL CONSUMPTION IS HIGH.

Do you have black smoke or what looks like soot coming out of the tail pipe. The check engine light monitors fuel pressure through the computer and pressure regulator. It will come on if the pump pressure is too high or too low. If the pressure regulator is faulty it could cause excessive fuel consumption,

91 tarago running very rich fuel consumption very high why?

O2 sensors are what controls the fuel air mixture on a fuel injected engine. You will find them on the exhaust. They are attached to the wires that seem attached to your exhaust pipes under the car. Should be a 15\16 or a 22mm. You will need an open ended wrench for this task.

Very high fuel consumption on a nissan vannete cargo 1996 45 liters for 350 kilometres is it normal ?

For sure the fuel consumption if very high specially if you are a moderate driver and do not drive at very high RPM. Now the possible areas to check must be the fuel pump calibration and the timing. If this is out of order/settings then the fuel can be wasted without utilization which can result in high consumption.

16 liters for 100 km i think this is too high

With the price of fuel being so high, sounds like someone has siphoned the fuel from the tank...Maybee a locking gas cap would be a good idea. That kinda fuel consumption, you would be able to see a leak or notice car preformance.Let me know if that helps
