Question about 1980 Suzuki Gs 550 L
I want to remove the valve cover on my 1980 Suzuki Gs 450 S to adjust the valves but I don't know how to get the round, chrome caps off of the ends. Is it necessary to remove them? Do they just pry of with a screwdriver? I started to pry one off and noticed what appeared to be two fasteners. I can't tell if they are being held on by the fasteners or if they are just a tight fit.
On my bike it was just a tight fitting. and teh same with most of the ones i have worked on i havnt seen any that have fasteners
