Blinkers work at start, then stop. Then work as car is restarted

Year make and model. Could be a worn flasher at the fuse panel(or close to it) or a bad hazard switch.

did you try jump cables start? off a running donor car, AAA style>?

and had to disconn? what does that mean and what was results? if any.

ahhh, to fix the stuck on blinkers? i get it.

the engine type dictates what wiring car has. (partly)



fix the stuck blinkers first. this implies, either ignition switch failure

or gross wiring errors, hacks gone wrong.

the key swtich does turn off blinker power feed.

replace the hazard switch it works the blinker and hazard flash that's the problem bad hazard switch

check the crancksheft position censor or the cumsheft censor if you don't have any of thouse change ur distributor completetly

it sounds like you need to replace the flasher unit under the drivers side dash

Signal flasher in fuse panel black and square the one on the right is signal

hi possum , looks like #6 fuse , 20 amps , is for the combination flashers , looks like the location is when you open the driver door , end of the dash panel pops off , and there are other fuses under hood next to air filter box , has a cover on them . hope that fix ya

It can be wiring connections, try to check the wiring coming to the blinkers.

when it was battery fault no restarting again because of died power in the battery ????
so the alternator or harnesses is the most causes
