For removing Mudguard, you need to disassemble the fork from chassis ( first remove the front wheel from fork) by dismounting the Handle.
Or simply just USE angle grinder, if you want to be quick.
Bearing number of Honda Activa for any model is 6004 for Rear Wheel and 6201 for front wheel. I get it replaced recently. SKF are good bearing you can use as spare. I did not cost more. 10 Jan 2015. it
