Your bike should have 3 main wires in the rear even if they split to power 2 bulbs each.
1 for brake light
1 for night rear light
1 for ground.
Your trailer should have additionally 2 more for the turn signals.

hi check chain and sprocket for condition, lubricate if nessasary, replace if required, with respect of the vibration, is this that has just started? or is a development factor, had the same problem once with a yamaha 125r, asuming you have checked all the engine bolts are tight, i fitted a pair of foam grips made the ride much better
