Question about 1993 Suzuki GSF 250 Bandit
You need to strip the top end down,give it a decent de-coke,get All the black burnt deposits off from the internal walls.remove the power valve system and do the same,when you put it back together use a light lube Just to make sure the valve has full un-restricted movement . There is no adjustment ,only set up. I think you will find this will solve the problem.
