The TPS after installed must be adjusted and that is a delicate procedure so you better take it to a dealer's workshop. You should also check the fuel pump if it works properly.

Changed the fuel pump on my 2005 Yamaha r6 and now it's back firing and bogging down. Looses power. What do I need to do now?

You may have contaminated fuel i.e. water in your petrol. If you've used any fuel additives such as RedX get it out. Will only upset running of the bike. Clean fuel is the best thing to use.

Struggles at low revs with a thuding power input which clears at higher revs still achives top speeds has new exup valve fitted new plugs and caps, coils primary and secondary windings checked good spark...

If it were carburetted one would say it was bogging down at low revs and this would be caused by the mixture being too rich.
But being an FI bike I presume, then best bet is to have a dealer or good bike mechanic check for fault codes before you start looking for and fixing things that might not need fixing.

Bad gas. drain gas, put fresh gas in and add a fuel injecter cleaner. if that dont work, then change plugs. do in that order, that should work.
