It sputters occasionally through acceleration smooth and rough. given a service, checked leads, no head probs, seems to spark fine at plugs. wondering if its computer probs. mabey fuel flow probs. put injector cleaner through yet same. doesnt run hot, doesnt smoke, old spark plugs wernt overly dirty??? :(

Sounds like the coil packs are bad. Have a local parts house retrieve the codes from the check engine light. If the light is flashing it means the engine has a major malfunction in the electrical system. If the exhaust smells heave of gas fumes this is most likely your problem.

Well, fueling is part of the many systems that you need to investigate. But hard to imagine much wrong if you idle reasonably....Do check or just replace the fuel filter.
From there, the possibilities are massive. Consider paying for a diagnostic at a local shop.
