Question about 2000 Harley Davidson FLSTF Fat boy
I know its a softtail but is there a way to stiffin the ride?when my BIG old lady rides with me it seems to want to bottom out.it just dosent feel right.is there a way i can adjust it for a stiffer ride?

Underneath the engine are a pair of shocks with internal coil springs. You need a spaner wrench available at the dealer to screw in the collars to tighten up the springs. Make sure you tighten them as a pair 2 or three turns till you have the ride you like.
