I personally run 11 psi in the front and 12-13 psi in the rear but it is all based on riding style, technique, and personal preference. What do you mean by shifting pattern.
I think it is
1st all the way down
neutral half click up from first
2nd 1 click up from 1st
and so on.

My 2005 klx300r hesitats when i give it full throtle from an idle and i already blue out the jets

The jets are not usually the problem , it is the passage ways through the carburetor body that are usually plugged . A partially fouled spark plug or bad spark plug cap can also cause this type of problem. If you have changed the exhaust system by putting on a more open muffler and you did not put in a larger main jet , this would also cause a hesitation like the one you describe. Hope this helps.

I have a light on my dash that is coming on.

It is a low tire pressure indicator light. Check all your tires and inflat to 5psi below the max tire pressuer on the tires.

2003 Kawasaki KLX300R - Severe lack of power.

This bike was designed to be trail "friendly." I would recommend a different model for what you are looking for. A lot of money in to this will not give you what a stock 250 two stroke or even a 250 four stroke motocross bike will.

Trying to teach my girlfriend to ride this motercycle and wanted to show her the shifting pattern for this bike (1981 Kawasaki Z440 LTD )before I put her on it.

All most every motorcycle has a push down to down shift and pull up to change to the higher gears pattern. The only exception I am aware of is racing conversions on road race bikes which are opposite of what I stated. Your 1981 model has a six speed gear box with the very first gear being the one you will find pushing the shifter down until it stops snicking through the gears and firms up a bit. Then you have neutral the first spot when you pull it up and then 2,3,4,5,6.

I have a 2005 Suzuki XL7 tire pressuer sensor that won't go out!

I hate tire pressure monitors, in this case it sounds like you have a bad one. if you take it to the dealer they will be able to tell you which one is bad.
