Thanks for your help. i found and i disconnected the part with that number but the right indicator still worked. The left one had stopped working anyway. They are tempermental. in the last 10 mins of constantly switching them on and off-both of them were working, then neither of them, and now just the left one has stopped again.???? dont know what the prob is.

You're looking for part number 27002A. In this picture it is found very close to the horn. That does not mean is is close to the horn on your bike, but I would check there first if it is easy to get to. Usually there is an electrical box. The fuse box may contain the relay. Your dealer should be able to tell you exactly where it is, as would any shop manual for your bike.

Have you checked your bulb sockets with a multi-meter, and your switch? Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere.

What bars do i pump my zx9 tyers

read the tire sidewall. call your local service department that services your make and model. That would be a Kawasaki dealer I believe. The air pressure in motorcycle tires can go down one psi per week as cars can go down one psi per month.

Better to check with tire manufacturer for actual specs to compare to what the dealer tells you.

Hi, Marko for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Kawasaki, despair not, for a mere $0 you can download another one. How do I raise the seat up on a 2001 kawasaki zx9 ?

If it's like my 2003 ZX9, to take the riders seat off you open the rear compartment by removing the passenger seat, the front bracket that hold the the seat has two 8mm bolts and a screw. Unscrew the screw and remove the bolts and slide or remove the bracket and then the riders seat lifts up.

So I have a 01 zx9 and the neutral light won't shut off. It will shift iinto all gears while I riding but will only go into 1st and neutral while I'm stopped. I know at times while I'm riding i have issues...

neutral light stays on ( grounded neutral wire / bad neutrl switch.
shifting problems
1. gear shift return spring weak or broken not a lowing the shift lever to to return to its neutral position to grab the next gear selector.
2. Oxidation on shift shaft and case preventing free movement of the shift shaft to return to the neutral position.
3. Clutch adjustment
