Question about 2003 Harley Davidson XLH Sportster 883 Hugger
The oil level is fine, but owner's manual says the LED display (does this mean there's no bulb to replace?) should come on when starting engine, and go off soon afterwards. Mine NEVER comes on...
LED's rarely fail and are usually soldered in to a circuit board. No plug in bulb to replace. Your oil pressure sending unit may be faulty. to check it, pull the wire off of it and touch the wire to ground with ignition on. The oil light should come on.
