Question about 2003 kawasaki ZX-6R
Just got a 2005 zx6r ninja whch overheats even on a 20 minute ride with only one 30 second stop. have changed coolant but has made little difference. any idea? thermostat maybe? i am having a problem with my 2003 zx6R over heating, the fan seems to come on at 240 degrees and shut off at about 235 degrees is this correct, wat could i do to fix this problem?
**** and cj are both idiots, he said 235 the fan comes on...at 245 by readout starts blinking. My bike never got above 210 before this season now even on short rides it overheats to above 220. I'm going to flush the radiator and hope this works. The fan comes on fine, to check the fan all you need is a pair of ears as it stays on after you switch the bike off.

With the 05 I would check the thermostat. With the 03 that is normal, my 02 cuts on and off around the same range. I put a switch in so I could turn my fan on when ever I wanted. I run mine once I get to 175...
