Question about 2006 Harley Davidson FXDI Dyna Super Glide
Rough idle and backfires when you let off the throttle
What code? Are you talking about backfiring thru air cleaner or muffler explosions out the exhaust?
Could be timing however more likely
1. Plugs bad or wires bad
2. Battery nearly ischarged
3. Faulty ignition oil, module or sensor
4. Damaged wires or loose connection at battery terminals,ignition coil, or plug between ignition sensor & module.
5. Intermittent short circuit.
6. Water or dirt in fuel system.
7. damaged injector or intake gaskets bad or loose.

Intake leak or exhaust leak depending; most likely intake 95%

Did you change to different pipes or breather? might need rejetting
