Question about 2004 Yamaha YZ 450 F
If i give it gas smoth it runs good but if i gve it all iot stals not good in a race it all so backfires
It sounds like your main jet needs to be rejetted and tuned in it is sending to much gas and stalling out the bike

Along with rejetting the carb you also need to adjust you air screw brass flat head screw strart a 3 quarters of a turn out and go from there a quater turn left rev and ride and repeat till you find your sweet spot to start turn all the right (in) gentaly not to damage then turn left 3/4 turn try and then a 1/4 turn at a time you might want change your plug first to eliminate the problem
