Sounds like a dirty carb or faulty spark plugs, run some sea foam cleaner, I done it before helped my bike specially after a long winter sitting, PLEASE LOOK AT THE LABEL AN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CAN...you may find seafoam cleaner at a speedway gas station or autoparts.
