When gears and selecters are in place they should marry up to the slots and then you can rotate carefully selecting all gears with shift lever as its sat in the bottom crank case !

Sound like you have reasembled something Incorectly, poss selector fork not located on pin, either way i think you are going to have to strip it again, always good practice to try all the gears on the bench, after asembling the crank cases, you could check the gear shaft is located properly in the. My rm 125 is jumping out of gear?

Do you "kick shift" a lot? (shift at high rpm without the clutch) or did the gear box run low on oil at any point that you know of? If so the syncros in the gear box may be worn. Probably not a do it yourself fix, unless you are familiar with this.
Good luck. Please rate, thanks.

I have a coby 1080p and I want to sync it with my sony remote RM-y916

1080P is a resolution, not a model number. Coby has no universal remote codes for any of its products

1996 rm 125 has clutch problems. The quater inch play does not work, new cable, aftermarket clutch with springs, fibers, steele.

Did you check the main crank drive gear i had a 96 rm 125 with that problem. Its a cheap fix if thats the case but the only problem is that the engine needs to removed and the case needs to be be split. If thats not the problem with the case split it should be ovious.
