I am dealing with a ford ranger 1984 to be exact. Somebody tried to make a mud truck out of it jacked it up 2-3 inches, put a mild 302 in it a c4 tranny with the A(stock) servo to back it a 1350 borg warner transfer case, and the 6.812 adapter on it to boot. They some how snaped the output shaft. I now have got a c4 H(mid-grade) servo tranny which I switched the adapter on to and found out the hard way I need the out put shaft, So I need to know where I might find one or if I need the stock transfer case? If so which one is it? The teeth on the tranny is 28 spline and the transfer case is 25. Please help me in whatever way possible.
Replaace transfer case or more head aches
