Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Use Two Stroke ENGINE oil in the pump.

Top rating? Thanks!

I have an suzuki ts 185er 02 and what oil and how much oil can I use..and also how much two stroke do I use for every 2 liter petrol ,,and must I use unleaded fuel

TS185 Suzuki which has direct oil injection, and it is a bike and not a saw. Yes you need to run a 87 or higher octane fuel preferably non ethanol fuel. Most of these had direct injection of oil to the fuel, should be stamped somewhere on the crank case.

Who type of engine oil and how much should you use for a 1978 suzuki ts 250?

Your transmission uses less than a quart of oil. The exact amount of oil is stamped by the fill hole on the engine case or side cover, probably about 800cc or 900cc. If you choose automobile oil, do not use an oil with a rating greater than SE, SF, or SG. You could also use motorcycle gear oil like Belray 70 wt, 75wt, or 80wt. Or you canuse any oil that has the JASO MA Japanese engine motorcycle rating for engines that have wet clutches and transmission gears running in them. Do not use any oil that says "Energy Conserving" on the label.

What kind and how much oil should i put in the crank case of my 1975 suzuki ts 185 and would to thin oil cause it to lose compression?

ts 185 is a two stroke, the crank case oil is actually only the gearbox oil, the volumne is caste onto the side cover(like 750cc).near the filler cap.
The engine oil is mixed with the fuel and is pumped in from the oil tank under the seat.
The wrong oil or no oil in the tank under the seat can cause it to lose compression. and cause engine damage.
Visit a bike shop and get motorcycle gear oil20w50 for gearbox. and two stroke motorcycle engine oil for the oil tank.
As it is quite old someone may have removed the oil tank, thinking they will make it go faster or save weight or another stupid reason, if this is so you need to mix the two stroke oil with the petrol when you fill the tank at approx 25-1 ( 25 litres petrol mixed with 1 litre of oil)

Hi i got a ts250 x and i think i put the wrong oil init and is over heatin so i was just wonderin if you could help me on what engine oil i have to use thanks alot :)

which engine oil are you talking about. There is a tank under the seat that uses injection oil for a 2 stroke, or the engine oil in the crank cases that uses 10w40 motorcycle oil.

How many quarts of oil do i need for a Suzuki 1978 gs 750

Usually they take 3 1/3 qts. Just add 3 and watch till it full with the last bit of oil. Then start the bike and let idle for 5 seconds to fill the oil filter. Let it sit for a couple minutes and recheck the oil level and add more if needed.

I recommend a motorcycle transmission oil as it has the proper additives for a wet clutch. I like yamaha's trans oil plus for my bikes.10w40 motor oil will do in a pinch. and I like Yamaha's Yamalube S for oil injection systems.

Assuming little Johnny did not pour oil in the crank when no one was looking, you must figure that there is a bad seal on the case halves. Did you fail to use a liquid gasket when assembling the case halves? Dirt on a surface? Did you not put in new crank seals?

If able, can you " burn out" Johnny's oil by riding all day? Does more oil get in the crank? If Johnny is not the culprit then the engine will need to be torn down. The need is to find the sealing problem and then fix it.

Please rate this solution. Thanks clarkbd!

How do i disconnect the oil pump/injection system, Fuel oil ratio

Hi Dan,
Why do you want to disconnect the vital oil supply? If you are experiencing too much blue smoke or plugs oiling you can adjust the amount of oil fed to the engine via the secondary oil pump cable, the one that splits off from the throttle to the carb.
If you disconnect the cable it also stops the oil pump sending oil to inlet, winding out adjuster increases oil screwing in reduces.
As for ratio? trial and error as No knowledge/specification is available for Oil injected engines, poss 25:1 to start but don't blame me if you seize?
Quality synthetic oil is always a must, did you know you can also purchase smokeless two stroke oil?
Good Luck!
