The part # I've found through several sources is:
W0133-1614122
A search found this part number to be the same with different manufacturers GMB and NPW. I hope this answers your question and best of luck!

What is the firing order of a 1995 Honda Passport 3.2 liter engine and with standard transmission

Standard or Automatic doesn't matter.

Firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6
Cylinders 1=3=&5 or on the passenger side
Cylinders 2-4 & 6 are on drivers side
Your 3 coils should be marked 1&4, 6&3, 2 & 5

Camry timing belt

Both the 2.2 Liter 4 cylinder and the 3.0 Liter V6 have a cam belt that must be replaced every 60,000 miles. The cam belt also drives the water pump and for this reason I recommend you replace the cam belt at 120,000 miles when you replace the cam belt the second time. Neither engine is an interference engine.

95 passport-replaced fuel pump,upper engine gaskets/rings-now blows smoke

If the smoke is white... hold off you have coolant leak in to a cylinder or two which you'll need to correct ASAP. DO not run in this way or the coolant (water) flashes to steam which will cut and pit the cylinders and head. If it is blue smoke it may be several thing (assuming correct bore/piston size. The cylinders were not honed properly, rings improperly installed (were oil seals replaced on the valve guildes in the head?) Either way it would appear something is not mechanically correct and you'll need to get back in to the engine.
Good luck with it and I hope this may have given you some direction,
Tom

Oil leak

If you did not have a leak there before you had the work done and you do now, the shop needs to correct the problem. There is no reason why you should need to repair the repair. If they don't see if your dmv has a repair complaint division,,,many states do. As far as a new pan goes, have someone explain what exactly happened to your not leaking pan that warrants a replacement now. (I'd love to hear that answer!) Have another shop take a look and save receipts you will need to present them if you take this further!
good luck
