If all are ok inspect the IAC, idle air control valve mounted under throttle body

DRAIN COOLANT SYSTEM.DISCONNECT THE RADIATOR INLET HOSE FROM INLET PIPE. REMOVE THE TIMING BELT FROM THE WATER PUMP PULLEY. REMOVE THE RIGHT SIDE IGNITION COIL.REMOVE THE WATER INLET HOUSING AND THERMOSTAT.REMOVE THE MOUNTING BOLTS AND STUDS. LIFT OUT THE WATER PUMP BY CAREFULLY PRYING BETWEEN THE PUMP AND THE CYLINDER HEAD. REMOVE ALL THE OLD PACKING AND CLEAN THE MOUNTING SURFACES. INSTALL NEW SEAL PACKING TO THE WATER PUMP GROOVE AND A NEW O - RING TO THE WATER BYPASS PIPE.INSTALL THE TIMING BELT AND CONNECT THE INLET HOSE TO THE INLET PIPE.THEN REFILL THE COOLING SYSTEM. RUN THE ENGINE CHECK FOR LEAKS.
If it's a ES300 yes replace water pump, due to timing belt drives water pump, if it's a GS300 no need to replace water pump, not driven by timing belt.
has a timing belt and if you need to replace it, if you take it to the dealer it is going to cost you well over $1000. On the ES the belt and waterpump should be changed between 90-120 km
LOOK UNDER THE HOOD. AND CHECK FUEL LINES FOR LEAKS. YOU PROBABLY HIT AGAINST FUEL LINES WHILE REPLACING THE WATER PUMP.YOU NEED TO FIX FAST.FUEL LEAKS IS DANGEROUS.
more then likelyt the water you see is coming from somewhere on the edges of your water pump and just dropping down from the gravity...replace the whole waterpump and be happy
