If your friend has no mechanical skills a drawing won't help.

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You can see excellent diagrams of the carb. Yes, I know the site says Yamaha. You will select the brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock.

A top rating for this answer? Thanks! :)

I cannot send you a diagram on how to do either one. I can however direct you to a site where you can print out an "exploded" view of the parts you mentioned. Go to Click on OEM Parts, and make the appropriate choices and you'll get a drawing of what you want. Look at the lower left corner of the drawing and you'll see the "Print" button. Click the button and larger drawing will come up and you can print it out.

Good Luck

There a leak on my carburator..can it be possible to change the gaskets? if possible where can I buy the parts... or can i replace it with a new one and how much?

Yes it is possible to change the gaskets. You can buy the parts at any Auto Zone or Napa, Kragens, ect. You can also replace it with a new carburetor but it will be pricey. Your best best is to buy a rebuild kit for the carburetor. It will include everything you need. But you do need some mechanical skill to do this repair.

I need a 22R aisan carburator diagram so I can rebuild my carburator.

purchase the carburetor rebuild kit for your carburetor and it should have instructions in the box to aid you in rebuilding it . Remember , to do it correctly you must get an acid wash tank to submerge the entire carburetor body into before you install the new parts . And be sure to clean it thoroughly after you remove it from the acid dip tank .

I just recently changed to a air intake on my bike to a open filter, but now I need to take the carburator off to replace the jet in the carb to allow for more fuel. Is this a complicated task ? I have...

Some similarities, but they are different. You need to remove the bowl on the bottom, and the main jet (If this is what you are changing) will be near the center, usually a hex head (6mm), just don't over tighten the new one, they will break. (The main jet is what your slide needle goes into.)

Do you have a diagram to install a front master cylinder rebuild kit for a 93 xlh sportster?

I cannot send pictures, drawings, or schematics via this forum. The best I can do is give you a link to a site that has the drawing you need.

You can print out the drawing is you wish from there.

Good Luck

Carburator change

I would get a new mechanic. In a carby, there is only a few things that move or wear out.At the most! you rebuild a carby. It is a lot cheaper than buying new carbs. If yours are an original carb and you have a problem,it's most likely a combination that the mechanic can't work out.I have a 83 carby Duke and an 99 efi. They are very easy to work on and Ducati do a lot of homework to get the bikes going well.Mate! get a second opinion.Hope this helps
