You need the Goldfren 57-036 HAD compound for your fronts. They have them at ATVtiresale.com

Fork oil #10 is 570ml amount or 129mm level for each leg.

Front brake pulses/surges when applied


is almost certainly a warped front brake disc. Easy and quick to fix (less than 1 hour labor) but the disc itself can be expensive. Buy a quality used one if possible.
